Hello and welcome to Beautiful Chaos. Actually, it's just going to be kind of a promo reel. So I took some great advice from a new friend that I made, and Stacy and I are going to take the week off this week. So come back and see us July 13th or listen to us, whichever you're doing. So July 13th, I actually had a great, great interview with Kate Dunovan. Now she is an expert on talking to people about burnout. She looks at it as it's not a personal failure, it's just a mismatch problem. She's the host of a podcast called Fried. It is a top 1% podcast with over 1 million downloads. She's the author of the bounce back ability factor and is currently writing Mismatch. She's a keynote speaker with a 99% approval rating. She is just a phenomenal person. And I really felt like she was like my soul sister from the moment, even just us messaging. I was like, oh my word, she's just so much similar in the way that I think about things. Although, like I'm thinking about, I've been through burnout. And so what I do is try to uh schedule in rest. I try to schedule in uh enjoyment and try to balance out my busy schedule to make sure that I've got proper self-care so that I don't burn out again. And burnout is a real thing, and we're gonna talk to you about it and um hopefully help you to understand what's going on with your brain. So she's got all kinds of degrees, and she's just an amazing person. So please mark your calendars for July 13th and plan on participating, um, not participating, but listening or watching our podcast. So thank you for all of your support. We hope that um Stacy and I both hope that with our podcast that you at least get one nugget out of each, one golden nugget out of each episode, something that might make you go, ah, or wow, I didn't think that way, or I didn't um understand that this could be this way, whatever it is, like that epiphany that you might have that um we hope that we kind of spurred. So we're always interested in better health, better nutrition, um, fitness, being the best parent we can be, being the best wife we can be, uh, being our best selves or the best versions of ourselves. And so I think that that's overall the goal of our podcast and to empower people, right? We want everyone to feel empowered and to know that all things are possible with hard work and effort and and belief in yourself that you can do anything you choose to as long as you're willing.
